1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the nagod9 website located at nagod9.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and promotional features accessible through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "nagod9" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the nagod9 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by nagod9 that are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. nagod9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not met.

2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. nagod9 will suspend all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any winnings derived through them.

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify nagod9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. nagod9 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to maintain the security of your login details.

2.5 Account registration is not available to individuals who are self-excluded, residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful, or individuals acting as agents on behalf of third parties.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 nagod9 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations or platform security requirements.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Proof of address may also be required and can be satisfied by a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

3.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may ultimately result in account closure. Funds in a verified account remain payable subject to these Terms; however, nagod9 may withhold winnings pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nagod9 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. The list of supported methods may be updated from time to time.

4.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are disclosed in the Platform's cashier section and may vary based on account verification status and payment method.

4.3 Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. nagod9 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. nagod9 reserves the right to request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 nagod9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account balance in cases where KYC documentation has not been provided, where fraud or suspicious activity is detected, or where a withdrawal request conflicts with an active bonus wagering requirement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 nagod9 may offer promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

5.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account balance. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

5.4 nagod9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional offers, or through accounts that violate these Terms will be forfeited.

5.5 Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who have imposed deposit limits on their accounts are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of their restriction.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All casino games available on nagod9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by live dealer studios operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The integrity of all game outcomes is determined independently of nagod9.

6.2 Sports betting odds and markets are set by nagod9 or its data providers and are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted before an odds change will be honoured at the odds at which they were placed, except in cases of manifest error (see clause 6.4).

6.3 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and potential legal action:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or use of automated betting software (bots).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing, insider information, or any form of sports corruption.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Creating accounts under false identities or on behalf of third parties.

6.4 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect display of odds, a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, or a data feed error affecting a sports event result — nagod9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. nagod9's decision in such matters is final.

7. Sports Betting Specific Rules

7.1 All sports bets are subject to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the sport's official governing body. For cricket, results are governed by the ICC (International Cricket Council), BPL official rules, or the relevant board as applicable to the competition in question.

7.2 If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum scheduled play has been completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific sport-by-sport rules for void conditions are published in the Platform's betting rules section.

7.3 In-play (live) betting allows wagering on events already in progress. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time. nagod9 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it is determined that the bet was placed after the relevant incident or result had already occurred.

7.4 Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted for individual accounts at nagod9's discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 nagod9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

8.2 Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 30 days.

8.3 During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed to deposits, bets, and gameplay. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the nagod9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and data, is the property of nagod9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of nagod9. Personal, non-commercial use of Platform content for your own reference purposes is permitted, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 nagod9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 nagod9 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nagod9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

11.2 nagod9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur at any time. nagod9 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

11.3 In any event, nagod9's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting nagod9 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required KYC verification.

12.2 nagod9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, nagod9 may withhold and forfeit the entire account balance.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 nagod9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of nagod9. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority.
